Values
Our activity cannot operate separately from certain fundamental principles:
Being Part of a Group. Human
resources at Abaco Team are seen as assets.
Abaco Team plans, invests and cares for our
staff. Professional experience and harmony
between the members of the group allows us to
achieve significant objectives despite the
complexity of certain projects.
Brand Recognition. Throughout
many years of work and professional activity,
management has chosen to invest strongly in
brand identity. Today our logo is recognised
within our sector as a mark of professionalism,
flexibility and quality.
Shared Results. The structure
of the team allows us to integrate resources,
skills and methods in order to achieve
excellent results. The sharing of these common
goals creates a domino effect throughout the
entire group.
Behavioural and Professional
Ethics. Abaco Team has chosen to be
equipped and to work in a way that protects the
interests of our client and therefore upholds
our code of ethics (adopted in December
2004).
Commercial and Operational
Synergy. The business model adopted by
all members of the Abaco Team, allows us to
manage complicated situations, through a
modular and synergistic approach. The sales
team, with the support of the entire group,
structures and coordinates the first phases of
negotiation with prospective clients, giving us
a complete view as to the nature of the company
and its operative involvement in future
projects.
Quality of Work and Shared Operational
Procedures. At Abaco Team we consider
our quality system approach a real advantage in
providing our services; Abaco Team believes
that the integration of the group also comes
from the coordination and perfection of
procedures and operational instructions for the
various systems. For all these reasons, our
group has over time received both the quality
certification (UNI EN ISO 9001:2008) as well as
other specific certifications (UNI EN ISO
14001, OHSAS 18001, SOA, etc...).
Shared Horizons. Missions, objectives and results are shared and achieved with equal effort from management and from the human resources employed in various activities. All this is accomplished in a corporate environment close to the "garage HP" model. And we are delighted by this!
