and consolidates the opportunities that present
themselves.
Analysing and Understanding the
Market. Our proposition is an open
source, and evolves with the dynamics of our
clients and with the market in which we
operate. Our team is structured in an
innovative way utilising methods that allow us
to take in ideas and stimuli from the market,
and quickly transform such input into operating
strategies aimed at businesses.
Evolving and Developing Our Range of
Services. Today the market no longer has
room for players that produce a static list of
products or services. The complete, wide range
of services that Abaco Team is able to offer
our clients, is due to the existence, by now
consolidated, of a group of partially- and
wholly-owned subsidiaries, each capable of
offering and supplying specialised, vertical
services and as such integrating the
problem-solver role of the group leader.
Building New Partnerships. Our
philosophy is to set up lasting, structured
partnerships in which the interests of the
company and of the partner require advanced
methods of collaboration and shared economic
and strategic objectives (Private Public
Partnership).
Refining Communication
Processes. In recent years, the
commercial and operational development has
implied a significant increase in the
production of information. Today, our task is
focused on developing a plan of integrated
communication.
Facing New Markets. Our
activities and clients are constantly pushing
us to work within a system of excellence. Such
demands has meant an extraordinary commitment
on our part in terms of effort and now, there
appears to be the same need when operating in
the European market. Abaco Team has undertaken
a development plan for the EU, and is planning
to begin operating in countries such as France,
Spain and Germany, where the evolution of the
real estate market is already at an advanced
stage.
Consolidating the Existing
Market. The evolution of the work
environment and attention to the market and its
developments cannot be separated from a
consolidation of existing activities and
portfolio of clients. Such scrupulous attention
allows us a presence in all the main real
estate operations.
Planning Training Processes. Professional development and innovation at Abaco Team go hand in hand with the investment in training programmes. Abaco invests around 2.5% of our turnover in human assets as well as training and skill development.
