- verification of the objective technical requirements that provide access to the incentive;

- verification of adequacy of the bills of quantities, in terms of quantities and parameters used with reference to national price lists;
- preparation of the technical certification and its registration, if applicable, on the Enea portal (in the case of Super Ecobonus);
- uploading on the ENEA portal of technical information in the case of ordinary bonuses and where required by the regulations in force;
- forwarding of the certification with the relative ENEA receipt to the client and, in cases of credit assignment, to the tax intermediary for preparation of the tax compliance certificate.
