Micaela Musso is the new president of AREL – Real Estate Ladies Association
Micaela Musso, General Manager Abaco Team of the Gabetti Group, will lead AREL – Real Estate Ladies Association in the three-year period 2023-2025 .

Architect, managing director and general manager of Abaco Team and Abaco Engineering, Micaela has gained vast experience in the real estate field, working in the field of consultancy as a technical and management advisor, supporting private, public, Italian and foreign operators in the management of extraordinary real estate initiatives. In Abaco since 2012, she developed the property management services, the loans and npls service segment, and created the area dedicated to engineering and property redevelopment services, contributing to the growth of the Company both in terms of turnover and shares market.
Always attentive to the world of training, she has been a lecturer at the LUISS MAREF master’s course in “Property & facility management” since 2012.
Micaela is also president of the Services Commission of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare, coordinating the working group that represents the entire real estate services chain. Already in 2006 she was a founding member of AREL Real Estate Ladies, the reference association for women working in real estate in Italy, sharing the value of discussion and exchanging experiences as a fundamental value for individual and professional growth and contributing thus to the development of female talents, especially of young women.
