The Due Diligence carried out by Abaco Team has the following objectives:

  • Verify compliance with current regulations, in the technical areas of transferability of buildings, systems and energy, fire prevention and environment (Phase 1);
  • Organise and manage the property documentation, implementing digital VDRs that comply with the most advanced security and disaster recovery standards;
  • Photograph the maintenance condition of the building and the facilities serving it;
  • Identify possible troubleshooting methods;
  • Draw up an estimate of costs, timing and process;

Our work includes the following activities:

  • Inspection for physical assessment of the asset, by specialised multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Retrieval of documents from Public Administrations through access to records;
  • Acquisition, reorganisation and classification of the documentation necessary to define the status of the property and achieve the objective (purchase, sale, lease);
  • Verification of current status, with the documentation provided and acquired and the findings of the on-site inspection;
  • Drafting of the final report with conclusions and indication of possible further and/or corrective measures.
