  • determination of extra-judicial valuation scenarios and ReoCO;
  • valuation and technical assistance on collateral subject to sale, securitisation, SPV contribution, “GACS” guarantee on securitisation of NPL, and other transactions;
  • monitoring of guarantees for non-performing loans, for analysis and evaluation for the purposes of credit management assistance;
  • data remediation (reclamation of information and data);
  • reconstruction of the “perimeter of the collateral” underlying the credit;
  • data mining (on raw workout data);
  • data gathering (from paper and/or digital support).
