Through dedicated teams, we carry out surveying activities using the most modern instrumentation, producing graphical renderings of the surveys and carrying out area calculations digitally, in line with various national and international standards.
In the event of technical-administrative discrepancies or critical issues of the property, in agreement with the client and after a preliminary inquiry at all competent Public Administration Offices/Entities, we identify and prepare the most appropriate documents, taking into account timing and costs, in line with the client’s objectives.
We produce all legally required certifications necessary for the transfer of real estate, certifying the conformity between the status of the sites and the authorising documents, such as: Statements of Town Planning/Building Conformity – Land Register Certifications pursuant to Law 122/2010.
In anticipation of deeds of transfer, we create an orderly document file containing the documentation necessary and required by the notary to prepare the deed and by the client to manage the property.
Our qualified technicians carry out geometric-structural surveys of the building’s load-bearing elements and structural analyses for various requirements, including static verifications, seismic analyses, testing, geological analyses, etc., highlighting any defects or anomalies and suggesting the necessary interventions.
In synergy with the client, we draft the Condominium/Use Regulations and the Millesimal Tables, pursuant to current legislation and aimed at proper management of the assets.
